Production base
The metal construction base of Balkan Steel Engineering has a total production area of 72 000 sq.m.; both outdoor and indoor. It is located in the city of Sofia, Kremikovtsi District, Industrial Area. Due to the specifics of the business, the assembly of the produced metal constructions is made at the respective construction sites depending on the implemented project. The production capacity of the base is 600 – 800 ton/monthly of metal constructions of sheet and profiled (sectional) iron, depending on the complexity of the construction.

Indoor production area – 9600 sq.m. comprised of:
- Workpieces factory unit– 2 700 sq.m.
- Assembly and Welding factory unit – 4 500 sq.m.
- Anti-corrosion protection factory unit – 2 400 sq.m.
- Outdoor production area– 20 000 sq.m.
- Outdoor storage area– 20 000 sq.m. equipped with a gantry crane and with a lifting capacity of 32/8 ton – 1pcs. for servicing of an outdoor warehouse and shipment of finished products. A rail line connected to the national road infrastructure.
